Traditional certificate issuance involves manual writing, which is slow and prone to errors. Smart School Management automates this by pulling data directly from student profiles to generate professional, dual-copy certificates in seconds.

You can replace School Letterpad with the digital Application Letterpad option in Extras

Method 1: Automated Generation (Recommended)

This is the best way to issue certificates because it pulls data directly from your digital records, ensuring zero mistakes.

  1. Go to the main Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Cyan Color Block labeled Printing.
  3. Click on the class name (e.g., 10th) to open the student list.
  4. Find the student and click the White "Bonafide" or Grey "TC" button next to their name.
Result: A professional certificate is generated instantly with the student's photo, admission number, and details pre-filled.

Method 2: Manual Generation (For Non-Registered)

Use this method if you need to issue a quick certificate (like a Duty Slip for a temporary worker) who is not in your database.

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Grey Block labeled Extras.
  3. Choose the form type (e.g., Staff (Teacher, Cook, Aaya, Clerk, Peon, Gatekeeper or any other staff) Duty Slip, Bonafide, DOB Certificate or OfficialApplication to CEO, ZEO or any officer on School Letterhead).
  4. An editable form will open, fill in the details and click on the Print button.

The "Dual Copy" Advantage

Every automated certificate uses a smart Dual Copy Layout:

Office Copy + Student Copy

Both copies are printed on a single A4 sheet. You keep one half for school records and hand the other half to the student. No need for photocopies!

Printing Best Practices

  • Paper Size: Always use standard A4 size paper.
  • Browser Settings: Enable "Background Graphics" in your print settings to ensure the school logo and borders appear correctly.
