Teachers usually calculate totals manually after writing marks in registers, which leads to mistakes. In Smart School Management, you simply enter the marks, and the system automatically calculates totals, percentages, and grades instantly.

Important Customization Note

A Generic Marks Card template is available for all schools by default. However, if your school follows a different marking pattern (International, State Board, or Custom), please contact the Admin. We can customize the marking scheme and report card design to match any pattern in the world.

Step 1: Access Class List

  1. Go to the main Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Blue Color Block labeled Marks Entry.
  3. The page will scroll down to the Classes Section (located near the bottom, just above the Notice Board).
  4. Click on the specific class name (e.g., Pre-Nursery or 10th) to open the student list.

Step 2: Select a Student

You will see a list of all students in that class, sorted by Roll Number with their photos. On the right side of every student row, there are 4 Action Buttons.

Look for the Blue Button:

Click this button to open the marks sheet for that specific student.

Step 3: Fill Marks & Auto-Calculate

The Marks Entry Section will open.

  • Enter Marks: Click below the subject/exam name (e.g., English -> FA1) and type the marks.
  • Auto-Save: Ensure you click the Save button after entering data.
  • Automation: As soon as you save, the system auto-calculates the Total, Percentage, and Result Status.
Success! Instead of weeks of manual work, you can now generate printable results within minutes.
