How to Manage School Transport & Vehicles
The Challenge: Coordinating school transport for hundreds of students across multiple routes is a logistical challenge. Manual tracking often leads to overcrowded buses, missed stops, and difficulties in collecting accurate transport fees.

Add Vehicles.
Go to Transport > Add Vehicle. Enter the Registration Number, Driver Details, and Seating Capacity.

Assign Students to Routes.
In the Transport Dashboard, select Assign Transport. Search for students and link them to a specific Vehicle and Stop.

Manage Transport Fees.
The system automatically links the transport stop to a fee rate. These charges are added to the student's monthly bill automatically.
Troubleshooting
If you face issues, check these common solutions:
- Vehicle not showing in assignment: Ensure the vehicle is marked as "Active" in the vehicle detail screen.
- Stop missing: You must first define Routes and Stops in the Transport Settings.
