Step-by-Step Guide

Compose Notice.
Go to Communication > Send Notice. Type your message in the text area.

Select Audience.
You can choose to send the notice to:
- Whole School: All parents and staff.
- Specific Class: Choose one or more classes (e.g., 10th Standard only).
- Individual Student: Search for a specific student parent.

Choose Channel.
Select SMS, WhatsApp, or App Notification depending on your configured balance.

Send and Track.
Click . You can view the delivery status in the Notice History tab.
Troubleshooting
If you face issues, check these common solutions:
- SMS not delivered: Ensure the parent's phone number is in international format (e.g., +91...) and you have enough SMS credits.
- Notice History is empty: Only notices sent within the last 90 days are displayed by default.
