This software is currently in Beta (development phase). Features may change, and occasional disruptions may occur as we continue to optimize and improve the system for educational use.

Schools and their authorized users are responsible for:

  • Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and account access.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the use of the platform complies with applicable local student data protection laws.

4. Data Ownership

All data entered into the system remains the property of the respective school. We do not claim ownership of your academic or administrative records.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and efficient service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during the Beta phase. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. However, we strive to implement reasonable safeguards for system reliability and data protection.

7. Modifications

We may update features, policies, or these Terms at any time to improve the service. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of these updates.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, violation of these terms, or actions that compromise the security of the platform.
